Animals are an Angus/Jersey cross. They have never received antibiotics, vaccines, or hormones. Their diet has been mainly hay and silage (no grain), with supplemental grazing when grass is available. We are currently transitioning our dairy and creamery to organic production. This means that though these animals are not yet certified organic their diet has been a combination of organic certified and transitioning organic feed for nearly two years. Meat will be available within 4-6 weeks.
